Overall the group is great! Scot and Karen were attentive and although there were a few hiccups apparently that were firsts for them as well, they helped me feel at ease and made sure things were as smooth as possible. Excellent customer service but I am not giving a 5 because my escrow account is delayed now. I was told that they called the previous lender to delay payment however the lender paid out my taxes anyway (which isn't Scot's fault I know) but makes for some difficulty in getting my money as expected.
Refi went smooth, quickly and was kept informed the entire time. Highly recommend.

The VA STREAMLINE process was extremely easy. Scot and his team made it very easy and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns before we committed. Karen answered all of our questions during the process and kept us up to date with the status and any updates. I've already mentioned Presley Financial to numerous people and told them they are making a mistake if they aren't going with this team.

My refinancing process with Presley Financial was so smooth and easy. I got a little nervous near closing wondering where's the catch but it was just that easy. I was able to lower my interest rate from 3.75% to 3.25% and skip a payment. My main goal was to lower my interest rate but they exceeded my expectations by far more. Thank you Presley Financial!
