We really lucked out in getting our home refinanced by finding a person we could trust. After talking to so many mortgage brokers calling and offering their best deal, we spoke to Scot at Presley Financial. Scot was very patient in explaining what he could do and how he could help us. He quickly responded to any questions we had. He said what he would do and he did it. His office team was were there for us. The entire process was done by phone & internet with the utmost efficiency & ease.

Presley Financial exceeded my expectations. Scot was able to effectively and clearly communicate the process of refinancing my home to me in a way that made the process as painless as possible. There were no hidden cost or agendas. From the beginning, Scot presented me with helpful spread sheets that clearly allowed me to see for myself every aspect of how the new loan was structured. The spread sheets added an additional level of awareness and comfort with the process. Although my loan had some unique peculiarities, it still came in as expected and on time.
Scot was the best! He took the time to explain, in detail, how much I would be saving on my new loan not only monthly, but over the lifetime. What a great feeling! And his staff, outstanding!
